Q: How often should filter dryers be replaced?

A: R22 systems: replace every 3-5 years; R410A systems: replace every 2-3 years. Also replace when sight glass turns yellow or cooling capacity drops >15%.

Q: Can you provide samples for trial?

A: Yes. We support small batch trial orders. For first-time cooperation, we can provide 1-2 free samples (shipping cost borne by customer).

Q: What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom products?

A: Standard custom products MOQ is 50 pcs, but negotiable. We understand the need to verify quality for first cooperation and will try to accommodate.

Q: Are your products suitable for R410A refrigerant?

A: Absolutely. Our KLD series filter dryers, shell-and-tube heat exchangers, etc. are all compatible with R22/R410A/R134a and other common refrigerants.
