In refrigeration, customers judge a supplier on two things above all: is the product reliable, and is delivery on time. After 37 years as a source factory, those are the two exams Kilterra sits every day. Here is how an order moves cleanly from the finished-goods warehouse onto the truck.

One Factory, Two Core Lines

Many customers arrive for one component and leave covering several. The filter drier is the goalkeeper of the refrigeration system, trapping water, contaminants and acid in the line. Our KLD/KLE liquid-line filter driers combine high-efficiency molecular sieve with activated alumina for one-step drying and filtration across commercial air conditioning, chillers and ice makers. The condenser is the system's radiator: from air-cooled finned heat exchangers to high-efficiency tank (coaxial) types, we offer multiple structures and sizes for different capacities and footprints. Sourcing filtration and heat transfer from one factory means one supplier and half the coordination.

Into the Warehouse: Tidy and Traceable

Once a unit comes off the line and passes inspection item by item, it is warehoused. In our finished-goods store every carton is stacked to a standard and every zone is coded, so any item is located within three minutes. Batch, model and quantity match the records exactly - there is no "just put it there", only discipline.

Loading: On the Promised Minute

Order check, outbound and loading flow as one motion. Every load is stretch-wrapped and strapped before it goes on board so nothing shifts or scuffs in transit. Dispatch is not the finish line but the start of service: every shipment leaves with its inspection report and complete delivery records, fully traceable when it reaches you.

The Bottom Line

For 37 years we have focused on one thing: build refrigeration components well and deliver them on time. Filter driers, condensers, oil separators and receivers - a complete line with OEM/ODM support. Samples, quotations and prototypes can be arranged on request.
